Leads the Trust and its annual sports training and development programme, chairs its meetings and represents HDTI before partners, sponsors and CSR donors.

Office-Bearers
The programme is implemented directly by the Trust. Its office-bearers plan training camps and tournaments, select participants through transparent and documented criteria, engage qualified coaches, procure sports materials, manage the budget and monitor progress.
Vice President
Mr. Naveen Kumar Sharma
Supports the President in planning training camps and tournaments, and oversees athlete selection through transparent, documented criteria.

Secretary
Mr. Darvesh Anand
Maintains the Trust’s records, correspondence and participant registers, and coordinates coaches, venues, technical officials and service providers.

Treasurer
Mrs. Soni Mishra
Manages the approved budget, books of account, bills, vouchers and payment records, and reviews expenditure periodically against the budget.

ITC – Teach IT Software
Mr. Adarsh Srivastava
Brings IT and software expertise to the Trust, supporting its website, digital records and programme communication.

How We Work
External coaches, venues, technical officials and service providers are engaged as required, but responsibility for the programme stays with the Trust and its office-bearers.
Transparent selection
Participants are chosen through documented criteria, applications and nominations.
Responsible use of funds
Every grant, donation or sponsorship is used for approved purposes and backed by records.
Progress monitoring
Attendance, training schedules, competition results and financial reviews track each programme.
Review and learning
Lessons from each annual programme improve selection, training and tournament organisation.
Our Commitment Every talented sportsperson deserves a fair opportunity to learn, train, compete and succeed. Financial hardship should not prevent a deserving athlete from pursuing sporting excellence.
